Refund policy

Eligibility

Refunds apply to paid programme enrolments confirmed in writing by Analyticsstreamai. Informational prices on this website alone do not create a charge.

Timeframe

You may request a full refund up to 14 days after payment, provided you have not attended more than one live session and have not downloaded more than the introductory worksheet pack.

Full and partial refunds

Within the 14-day window and session limits above, we issue a full refund. After that window, partial refunds may be offered at our discretion if we cancel a cohort, materially change dates, or cannot deliver a confirmed seat. Partial amounts reflect unused sessions only.

Non-refundable items

Custom on-site workshops already delivered, third-party examination fees (if any are arranged separately), and completed one-to-one coaching hours are non-refundable.

How to request a refund

Email contact@analyticsstreamai.digital with your full name, organisation, programme name, payment date, and reason. We may ask for the invoice number.

Processing time and method

Approved refunds are processed within 10 UK business days to the original payment method where possible. Bank transfers may take longer depending on your bank.

Cancellation by Analyticsstreamai

If we cancel a cohort, you may transfer to a later date or receive a full refund of fees paid for the cancelled cohort.

Exceptions

Statutory rights under United Kingdom consumer law remain unaffected. Business purchasers should refer to their enrolment confirmation for any negotiated terms that supersede this page.
